At That Plantsman, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Articles products. Our warranty policy outlines the coverage and duration for various components of your Articles purchase. Please review the details below to understand the terms of warranty for different aspects of your Articles.

Plants:

  • Acclimated Plants: Covered under warranty for 6 months.
  • Non-Acclimated Plants: Covered under warranty for 1 month.

Moss:

  • Acclimated Moss: Covered under warranty for 3 months.
  • Non-Acclimated Moss: Covered under warranty for 1 month.

Glass Leakage:

Acclimated and Non-Acclimated: Covered under warranty for 12 months.

Glass Wear and Tear:

Acclimated and Non-Acclimated: No warranty provided.

Water Pump / Sprinkler / Misting Machine:

Acclimated and Non-Acclimated: Covered under warranty for 3 months.

Light:

Acclimated and Non-Acclimated: Covered under warranty for 3 months.

Light Fixture Wear and Tear:

Acclimated and Non-Acclimated: No warranty provided.

Plastic Fixtures:

Acclimated and Non-Acclimated: Covered under warranty for 6 months.

Props:

Acclimated and Non-Acclimated: No warranty provided.

Warranty Coverage and Exclusions

The warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage is valid only for manufacturing defects and premature failures resulting from normal use and maintenance.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, neglect, misuse, accidents, or modification of the product. Normal wear and tear, including glass wear and tear and light fixture wear and tear, are not covered under warranty.

Non-acclimated components are covered for a shorter duration due to their sensitive nature during the acclimatization process. Moss and plants are living organisms, and their health and longevity are subject to proper care. Warranty coverage does not extend to damages due to inadequate care.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

Contact our customer support team within the warranty period. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or evidence. Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.
