Hand Delivery in Delhi NCR
We are pleased to offer hand delivery services for articles within the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). Our team takes every precaution to ensure the safe transport of your terrarium, maintaining its integrity from creation to delivery. Hand delivery ensures that your terrarium arrives in pristine condition, ready to adorn your space.
PAN India Shipping
For customers outside the Delhi NCR region, we provide PAN India shipping on special request and subject to feasibility. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply. We aim to extend our services to terrarium enthusiasts across the country while maintaining the quality and safety of our products during transit.
Acclimated and Non-Acclimated articles
a. Acclimated articles: articles that require acclimatization will have a minimum processing time of 6 weeks, which includes the creation and acclimatization period. Acclimated articles are carefully nurtured to thrive in their new environment, ensuring a healthy and vibrant addition to your space.
b. Non-Acclimated articles: Non-acclimated articles require a minimum processing time of 3 weeks, including the creation period. These articles are designed to flourish with minimal acclimatization once received.
Setup/Installation Included
We believe in providing you with a comprehensive terrarium experience. Therefore, every terrarium purchase includes setup and installation guidance. Our team will guide you through the process of setting up your terrarium to ensure that it thrives in its new environment.
Preferred Delivery Times
To ensure a convenient delivery experience, we prioritize delivering during weekends and/or after 9 PM on weekdays. This allows you to be present to receive your terrarium and get it situated in its designated space.
Self-Pickup Option
For our customers who prefer a hands-on approach, we offer a self-pickup option. Once your terrarium is ready, we will notify you, and you can visit our location to pick up your terrarium personally. This option is ideal for those who wish to see our products up close and eliminate shipping charges.
Order Processing and Communication
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date or pickup availability. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process, updating you on the status of your order and providing any necessary instructions.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that due to the delicate nature of our products, returns, and exchanges are not accepted unless the terrarium arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please refer to our Terrarium Return Policy for further guidance.
